Taylor Swift gifts very generous bonus with personalized touch to Eras Tour crew member

Taylor Swift blessed one of her Eras Tour crew members with a generous bonus.

In a gesture dating back to February 23, the 35-year-old music sensation gave an employee named Robert a six-figure financial boon.

‘Robert, Thank you for your superb work on the U.S. Leg of The Eras Tour!! Your well-deserved bonus is $100,000. Love, Taylor,’ read a personal note from the star.

A pH๏τo of the handwritten letter — which was penned on a white note card with a small, floral graphic — was shared by the blog Pop Base on X.

Swift’s record-breaking, $2 billion tour came to a close in December after nearly two years of sold-out shows across the globe.

And during that time, the singer-songwriter seems to have forged strong relationships with her crew, dancers, and other employees.

Earlier this month, Taylor appeared in a ʙικιɴι-clad Instagram snapsH๏τ shared by backup singer Jeslyn Gorman.

Jeslyn posted a carousel featuring pH๏τos from her past year, including two in leisurely settings with the pop star, illustrating the team’s тιԍнт-knit relationships.

‘Some things I’ve learned in 2024,’ she wrote in her caption, listing, ‘My chosen family is pretty freaking awesome.’

Swift made history after grossing $2 billion in ticket sales for her career-spanning, 21-month-long Eras Tour, which included 149 shows throughout 21 countries.

In addition to having the highest-grossing tour ever for a second year in a row, she became the first to hit the $2 billion mark.

The 14-time Grammy winner reward her team by handing out more than ‘$197 million in bonuses to everyone working on her tour — including truck drivers, caterers, instrument techs, merch team, lighting, sound, production staff and ᴀssistants, carpenters, dancers, band, security, choreographers, pyrotechnics, riggers, hair, make-up, wardrobe, physical therapists and video team,’ according to People.

In 2023 it was revealed that she shelled out $100,000 in bonuses for her truck drivers, who were responsible for hauling her equipment around the country during the US leg of her tour.

Made up of distinct ‘eras’ based on her 10 studio albums, the singer’s tour broke multiple records with its three-hour-long, 40-song setlist.

It also spawned other successes for Swift, including Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour concert movie and The Eras Tour Book.

It was reported by the ᴀssociated Press that the book had ‘one of the biggest debuts ever,’ with over 800,000 copies sold shortly after its November 29 release.

Taylor’s book is exclusively sold at Target and fans flocked to the retailer to get their hands on the item, despite accounts of various errors throughout some of its pages.

814,000 Swifties purchased the merchandise within the debut frame, making it the biggest publishing debut of the year.
