The reality star, 44, who was nearly spilled out of her right fitting red leather halter dress, made the most of the situation, showcasing her famous curves while following doctors order and wearing a black orthopedic boot.
The Kardashians star was able to ditch the scooter she had been using for part of the night a party at Casa Vega in the Sherman Oaks area.
A long slit in the back of the dress allowed the influencer to move with ease as she wore the boot on one foot and a transparent open toed mule on the other.
Kim has yet to reveal exactly how she broke her foot.
