Liam fell 45ft from the third floor into the courtyard of the Casa Sur H๏τel in Buenos Aires on Wednesday, prompting a wave of tributes from across the showbiz world.

As Myleene joined fellow panellists Kay Adams, 61, GK Barry, 25, and Katie Piper, 41, to discuss the difficulties of being in the public eye.

When asked if she struggled in her younger years, the singer and broadcaster said: ‘I was in a band in my early twenties and the experience of it… it was absolutely incredible when it was incredible.

‘But when it was low it’s so difficult to comprehend because we’re almost unforgiving of anyone who’s struggling in these circumstances because you think, “Well you’ve got fame, you’ve got money, you can go to any party you like, I saw you on a private jet yesterday.

‘”Why’s your life so hard when I’m trying to make ends meet,” so we’re quite unforgiving of it.’
